
Gabe Sison
Physical Therapist Assistant
Gabe hails from a small town in north central Louisiana where he grew up. He attended and earned his bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Louisiana State University. From there he lived and worked in California for 7 years altogether, 4 in southern California and 3 in the Bay Area. He moved to St. Louis in 2011 to be closer to his family.
Gabe has been working with us for the past 3 years since 2017 after he graduated with a 4.0 GPA from the physical therapist assistant program at St. Louis Community College-Meramec. While in the program he was awarded Outstanding Student Physical Therapist Assistant for the state of Missouri.
Physical therapy is a second career for him. He spent seven years previously teaching high school English. In addition, he has worked as a college tutor and has taught a continuing education course at Meramec. Gabe prides himself on his communication skills and solid rapport with clients that he cultivated and carried over from his years in the classroom.
In his free time, Gabe enjoys diverse and varied activities from running, chess, rock climbing, reading, baking, singing, photography, among other sundry pursuits.
