Why wait to get hurt? Our physical therapists offer what we call the “Prevent Defense”. We perform a detailed interview of your daily activities, work requirements, and fitness/sport pursuits. We help you determine key things you need to be aware of, given your specific imbalances, to prevent injury and enjoy your desired activities. Our therapists will provide you a “Ten-Minute Tune-up” exercise list that is less than ten minutes to perform prior to vigorous activity that will minimize your risk of strains/sprains and maximize your fun.
