Rachel Phillips, PT, DPT
Rachel graduated from Maryville University with her Bachelor's degree in Health Science in 2010 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2012. Rachel is passionate about women's health issues and has completed post graduate training through the APTA to fully assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction. She enjoys working with women to provide education and exercise instruction to develop programs that help to manage and alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction.
Rachel has completed manual therapy training through the Ola Grimsby Institute. She is well versed in Pain Neuroscience Education which helps provide education regarding pain and injury. She is also skilled in dry needling and kinesio tape application.
Rachel takes the time to evaluate painful conditions from a whole body perspective and develops programs that address the foundational issues present. Rachel's background in dance allows her to have a keen ability to recognize movement problems and postural dysfunction. Her attention to detail and her compassion impresses every patient that walks through our doors.
