We strive to give you all the educational tools you need to keep your body in the best possible shape. However, sometimes life gets in the way, and your focus can naturally drift away from yourself and your pain/condition returns. To prevent this from happening, many of our patients choose to see our therapists every so often for “tune-up” sessions.
A tune-up session typically includes:
- Review of your prior postural imbalances, movement problems, or weak areas
- Brief assessment of your current state
- Review or advancement of your current home exercise program
- Manual therapy to correct areas that you find difficult to correct yourself
