Step 4: Discuss a treatment plan for success with you
Step 5: If appropriate, we will start treatment on day 1 to make the changes you desire!

How many sessions will I need?

That depends on a variety of factors regarding your condition and goals but most of our patients report feeling much better in 1- 6 sessions.

How frequently will I need to attend?

We will work with you on your needs but most of our patients only come to our office once per week so that they have time to work on their corrective home program between sessions.

What does a typical session involve?

  • Our therapy experts have a large "toolbox" of techniques to fix you up.
  • In general, we usually start with hands-on Manual Therapy (joint or soft-tissue mobilization)
  • Followed by extensive education on how to correct movement or posture problems
  • And we conclude sessions with corrective exercise instructions with handouts and video tutorials for optimal retention of the information.

Your peace of mind and comfort are of the utmost importance to us.
