Payment Options

We provide a number of payment options:

1. Private Pay: simple fees per half hour; length of session is dependent on patient needs.
2. Qualified Deduction for Health Savings Plans and Flexible Spending Accounts: Many patients with high deductible insurance plans and/or HSA/FSA accounts appreciate the tax-saving benefits.
3. Out-of-Network: Our staff can assist patients with all the necessary paperwork to bill their insurance provider and seek reimbursement from their out-of-network benefits.
4. Medicare: We proudly accept Medicare Part B and all secondary insurances with Medicare.

Balance Body Rehab is a cash-based practice. We charge per 25 min session with our clinicians.
