Josh received his Master’s of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He completed his manual therapy training and Doctorate through the University of St. Augustine, Florida. He spent his early years in the field working in a chronic pain center. He worked side-by-side with anesthesiologists learning the patterns of the body that contribute to chronic pain and developing the best solutions to treat very complicated conditions.
From this experience, he built a unique strategy that has proven very successful to help patients alleviate pain and feel empowered to self-manage their condition. Furthermore, he discovered that his treatment method for chronic pain could also be used to help people in a state of wellness, feel even better. Josh’s favorite question is “why”. He enjoys getting to the root of an issue with a patient and building a long-term plan for whole body wellness.
In his spare time, Josh enjoys outdoor excursions with his wife and 4 kids, orienteering with the St. Louis Orienteering Club, adventure racing, and reading.
